BOOKING T&C’S

Deposit:

A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required when booking all makeup services. For individual makeup services (inc. To-And-Go Makeup, Red Carpet Makeup, Celebrity Makeup), a £50 deposit is required.

For bridal, on-tour-makeup artistry, photoshoots and commercial services a 30% deposit is required.

Remaining Service Fees:

The remaining balance on all services are due 3 days prior to the event day for bank transfers or cash on the day. For commercial businesses and corporations payments are due 30-days after date of invoice.

 

Travel Fees:

United Kingdom – £0.50 per mile for the round trip. Plus parking where applicable.

International – Flights & accommodation if applicable will be added to the invoice, unless booked and paid for by yourself.

 

Cancellation Policy:

I know things don’t always go to plan, and I will do my best to support you. If you simply need to reschedule your appointment to another date or time, you can transfer your deposit to a new date one within 48-hours notice.

If you are cancelling your makeup services, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
